What we process

When you submit an inquiry, this website receives your name, company, work email, service need and project brief so the request can be assessed and answered.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records are stored in PostgreSQL with a 90-day expiry. Expired records are removed when the next inquiry is received or during an administrator cleanup. Only authorized site administrators can retrieve records; they are not publicly accessible.

Essential hosting security cookies

Cloudflare, the hosting security provider, may set essential security cookies to detect abusive traffic and protect the website. These cookies are not used by AN TIN BPO for advertising or audience analytics.

Do not send sensitive data

Do not include identity documents, account details, customer lists, recordings, health information or other protected data in an initial inquiry.

Privacy requests

Use the online contact form or email sales@antinbpo.com to request access, correction or deletion. Include the inquiry reference where available.
